Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting tasks and ensure the company’s finances are accurate and up to date. The ideal candidate should have strong experience with TDS, GST, Tally, and bookkeeping, along with working knowledge of MS Excel. Basic communication skills in English and Hindi are required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records and bookkeeping.

• Work in Tally ERP for data entry, voucher creation, and ledger maintenance.

• Manage accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliation.

• Maintain proper documentation and records for accounting compliance.

Key Skills Required:

• TDS

• GST

• Strong skills in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)

• Accurate and efficient bookkeeping

• Basic communication skills in English and Hindi

• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Candidate Profile:

• Female candidates only

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

• Graduate in Commerce or related field

• Honest, reliable, and well-organized
