Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Microsoft Dynamics Business Central / Navision Consultant with a minimum of 2 years and up to 7 years of hands-on, dedicated experience exclusively in Business Central (BC) or Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ERP implementation lifecycle, configuration, and end-user support within the BC/NAV ecosystem.

⚠ MANDATORY REQUIREMENT: Candidates must have 2–7 years of experience exclusively in Business Central or Microsoft Dynamics Navision. Applications without this specific ERP experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

▸ Manage day-to-day Business Central ERP operations and provide user support.

▸ Prepare system SOPs and MIS reports, and assist with user requirements.

▸ Translate business requirements into functional specifications and configure BC/NAV accordingly.

▸ Perform data migration from legacy systems into Business Central / Navision using Rapid Start or migration tools.

▸ Maintain and create Item, Vendor, and Customer master data on a daily basis.

▸ Coordinate with plant teams and ERP vendors for issue resolution.

▸ Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to end users and key stakeholders.

▸ Coordinate with third-party vendors, Microsoft partners, and internal teams for integrations and enhancements.

▸ Maintain up-to-date functional knowledge of Business Central releases, updates, and new features.

Functional Skills

▸ Strong business process understanding in Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations.

▸ Excellent requirement gathering, documentation, and functional specification writing skills.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

▸ Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate (MB-800).

▸ Knowledge of Power Automate / Power Apps within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

▸ Experience in FMCG/Manufacturing or distribution verticals within.

Education

▸ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

▸ Equivalent practical experience will be considered for highly skilled candidates.
