• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR databases.
• Ensuring data privacy and security. Managing employee files and information.
• Generate and file PF and ESI challans accurately and on time (mandatory requirement). Manage vendor and employee payments, including banking transactions and online payment systems.
• Assist in the Finalisation of Balance Sheets in coordination with auditors and senior management.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports as required.
• Maintain statutory compliance with GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other tax-related filings.
• Maintain and organize financial documentation for audits and inspection. Liaise with banks and financial institutions for payments, reconciliations, and compliance-related matters.
