Role & responsibilities



Maintain and update account details in Tally.



Track and manage sales orders and purchase entries accurately.



Prepare Proforma Invoices and generate E-way Bills as per compliance requirements.



Coordinate with dealers for stock availability and order confirmations.



Arrange transportation and ensure timely dispatch of goods.



Verify orders before delivery and ensure accurate documentation.



Handle payment follow-ups and ensure timely recovery from customers.



Maintain proper records of invoices, dispatch details, and payment status.
