Accounts Executive

Job description

We are looking for skilled and detail-oriented Accountants and Senior Accountants to manage comprehensive accounting functions, including Bookkeeping, GST compliance, TDS, and Income Tax Return (ITR) filing. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Tally Prime, excellent academic records, and a solid understanding of statutory requirements. Senior-level candidates will additionally handle complex financial processes and mentor junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure timely reconciliations.

• Prepare and file GST returns and ensure compliance with regulations.

• Manage TDS calculations, deductions, and filing of returns.

• Prepare and file Income Tax Returns (ITR) for individuals and businesses.

• Generate and analyze financial statements and reports.

• Assist in audits and coordinate with external auditors.

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and deadlines.

• For senior roles: Oversee accounting operations, implement internal controls, and guide junior accountants.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education:

  • Bachelors/Masters degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.

  • Professional certifications (CA Inter, CMA) preferred.

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel.

  • Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Income Tax laws.

• Experience:

  • Accounts Executive: 1-5 years of relevant experience.

• Other Attributes:

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
