Accounts Executive – Job Description

Organisation: Anil Kumar Tulsyan & Co. LLP, Varanasi

Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM

Role Overview:

Responsible for end-to-end accounting functions including daily bookkeeping, financial reporting, and ensuring statutory compliance under Income-tax Act, 1961 (IT Act) and GST Act, 2017 (GST Act).

Key Responsibilities:

- Handling day-to-day accounts, payments, receipts, and expense tracking.

- Preparation of financial statements, MIS, and budget forecasts.

- Bank reconciliation (BRS) and ledger verification.

- Timely GST returns (GSTR-1, 3B) and income-tax compliances.

- Assisting in audits and ensuring adherence to GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).

- Financial analysis for liquidity and business performance.

- Accounting field work.

Eligibility & Skills:

Graduate with 5–6+ years’ experience in accounting/taxation, strong command over Tally, Excel, GST compliance, and analytical aptitude.
