Role Overview:

The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounting operations, ensuring compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), while supporting financial reporting, audits, and statutory compliances.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial records.

• Ensure compliance with Ind AS, IFRS, and company policies.

• Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Handle accounts payable, receivable, and payroll functions.

• Manage GST, TDS, corporate tax, and statutory compliances.

• Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors for smooth audits.

• Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, and financial analysis.

• Support budgeting and forecasting with cross-functional teams.

• Implement and monitor internal financial controls.

• Stay updated on changes in accounting, taxation, and global compliance standards.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Commerce (Master’s/CA/ICWA/CPA preferred).

• Minimum 5+ years of experience with exposure to both Indian & international accounting standards.

• Strong knowledge of Ind AS, IFRS, and taxation laws.

• Hands-on experience with Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar accounting tools.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines under pressure.
