CTC- 2.40 LPA to 3LPA
Experience Required: 1–3 years
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Reporting at anantam HQ, Ghitorni)
Start Date: Immediate

Role Overview: Accountant 

anantam is seeking a detail-oriented and committed Accountant to manage our day-to-day financial operations. This role is critical to ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with statutory norms, and supporting data-driven decision-making across departments. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical knowledge, financial discipline, and an eye for detail supporting anantam’s continued growth with integrity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  Financial Record-Keeping & Reporting

• Maintain up-to-date books of accounts, ledgers, and financial statements

• Prepare and review journal entries, trial balances, and monthly/quarterly reports

• Generate MIS reports to support strategic business decisions

  Accounts Payable & Receivable

• Process vendor payments, expense reimbursements, and customer invoices

• Monitor receivables and ensure timely collections

• Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies

 Banking & Cash Flow Management

• Perform regular bank reconciliations

• Track daily cash flows and manage fund allocations across departments

• Ensure smooth coordination with banking partners

  Compliance & Audit

• Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST, TDS, and Income Tax

• Assist in statutory and internal audits by preparing required documents

• Stay updated with changes in tax laws and accounting regulations

  Budgeting & Forecasting

• Support budget preparation and variance analysis

• Monitor department-wise expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities

Candidate Profile

 Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles

• Proficiency in Tally and advanced MS Excel

• Sound understanding of accounting standards and tax regulations

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• High attention to detail and data accuracy

• Excellent time management and organizational skills
  

Preferred Attributes

• Prior experience in retail or fashion industry is a plus

• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams

• Proactive attitude with a commitment to meeting deadlines
