AmbiSure Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement & Accounts Executive to join our growing IT organization. This role combines procurement operations with accounting support, ensuring efficient purchasing processes while maintaining accurate financial records and compliance.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities, supporting accounting functions, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining strong vendor relationships while ensuring financial accuracy and operational efficiency.
Manage the end-to-end procurement process including sourcing, vendor evaluation, purchase order creation, and delivery coordination.
Identify and onboard reliable vendors and suppliers for IT hardware, software, and services.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to ensure cost efficiency.
Collaborate with Sales and Technical teams to understand client and project requirements.
Evaluate solutions and tools as per requirements provided by internal teams.
Attend vendor and client conference calls when required.
Track purchase orders and ensure timely delivery and quality compliance.
Maintain vendor database and evaluate supplier performance.
Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and budget guidelines.
Assist management in strategic purchasing decisions and cost optimization initiatives.
Maintain accurate financial records by documenting and entering accounting transactions.
Prepare MIS reports and financial summaries for management review.
Assist in preparation of balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and financial reports.
Verify invoices, coordinate with vendors, and support payment processing.
Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies.
Handle petty cash and maintain supporting documentation.
Support internal accounting controls and compliance with financial policies.
Assist in financial analysis and reporting as required.
Work closely with the Accounts Department and support fresher team members when needed.
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in procurement, accounting, or a combined operations role (IT industry preferred).
Basic understanding of accounting principles and procurement processes.
Experience with accounting software (Zoho preferred).
Strong analytical, negotiation, and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Experience in IT hardware/software procurement.
Knowledge of vendor management and cost analysis.
Familiarity with cloud-based accounting tools.
Understanding of financial reporting and MIS preparation.
