🔹 Position: Executive Accountant

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting records in Tally/ERP or similar software.

• Prepare financial statements: Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Trial Balance, and MIS reports.

• Manage accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, and ledger scrutiny.

• Process invoices, receipts, payments, and journal entries.

• Monitor cash flow, fund movement, and vendor payments.

• Assist with GST, TDS, PF/ESI, and Income Tax compliance and filings.

• Coordinate with auditors for audits and financial reviews.

• Maintain documentation, vouchers, and ensure adherence to internal controls.

• Support management with budgeting and financial analysis.

🔸 Desired Candidate Profile

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.

• 1–4 years of accounting experience (NBFC/BFSI experience preferred).

• Strong knowledge of Tally ERP, MS Excel, GST, TDS & accounting standards.

• Good communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work accurately and maintain confidentiality.
