Accounts Executive

The Accountant/Cashier will be responsible for handling daily cash & bank transactions, showroom billing, customer payments, maintaining financial records, preparing accounts, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. This role requires accuracy, honesty, and the ability to manage showroom accounts efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Cashier Duties

1. Handle daily cash collections, customer payments, and receipts.

2. Issue invoices/bills for vehicle sales, service, and spare parts.

3. Maintain proper cash book and ensure daily cash deposit in bank.

4. Reconcile daily cash, card, UPI, and bank transactions.

5. Provide payment receipts and maintain transparency in cash handling.

Accountant Duties
6. Record all financial transactions in Tally/ERP system.
7. Maintain accounts payable/receivable and vendor/customer reconciliations.
8. Prepare monthly GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance reports.
9. Maintain petty cash and expense records.
10. Prepare MIS reports, daily/weekly cash flow statements for management.
11. Assist in payroll processing and employee settlements.
12. Coordinate with auditors during internal/statutory audits.
