Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, knowledge of accounting principles, and proficiency in accounting software.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.

Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and purchase entries.

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Perform bank reconciliation and maintain cash records.

Process GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.

Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial statements.

Assist in payroll processing and expense management.

Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal departments.

Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.

Required Skills:

Good knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel.

Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles.

Strong analytical and numerical skills.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
