1. Billing & Accounts
Prepare transport invoices and delivery bills using Tally ERP
Maintain accurate billing records and documentation
Verify freight charges, GST, and other expenses
Coordinate with accounts team for payment follow-ups
2. Dispatch Management
Plan and execute daily dispatch schedules
Ensure proper documentation (invoice, e-way bill, LR copy, etc.)
Coordinate with warehouse and drivers for timely dispatch
Track shipment status and update clients
3. Transport Coordination
Arrange vehicles and assign loads
Communicate with drivers and transport vendors
Ensure on-time delivery and resolve delays/issues
4. Documentation & Compliance
Maintain dispatch registers and transport records
Ensure compliance with GST and transport regulations
Handle e-way bill generation and tracking
Required Skills
Proficiency in Tally (ERP 9 / Tally Prime)
Knowledge of billing, GST, and invoicing
Experience in dispatch and logistics coordination
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word)
Good communication and organizational skills
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree / Diploma (Commerce, Logistics, or related field)
1–3 years experience in transport, billing, or dispatch operations
