URGENT HIRING – Accounts Executive (Female)

Job Location: Noida, Sector 65

Experience: 2–5 Years

Salary: Up to ₹35,000/month (Based on Experience & Interview)

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities.

• Handle payment follow-up with clients and vendors.

• Maintain accurate records of receivables and payables.

• Prepare invoices and update payment records.

• Perform bank reconciliation and maintain financial data.

• Coordinate with internal departments regarding payment status.

• Ensure timely collection and proper documentation of payments.

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime.

• Strong understanding of payment follow-up and accounting processes.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to maintain accurate financial records.
