Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to manage day-to-day financial
operations, ensure statutory compliance, and support accurate financial reporting. The ideal
candidate will have a sound understanding of accounting principles, experience with financial
software, and a strong commitment to ethical practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Bookkeeping
Maintain and update general ledger accounts and trial balances
Prepare journal entries and perform monthly reconciliations (bank, vendor, customer)
Record accounts payable/receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner
Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
Financial Reporting
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Ensure timely closing of books of accounts
Taxation & Compliance
Ensure compliance with applicable laws (Income Tax, GST, TDS, etc.)
Prepare and file statutory returns and reconciliations (e.g., GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, Annual return
TDS returns)
Strong working knowledge of GST registrations, amendments, and compliance procedures.
Familiarity with other statutory registrations such as PAN, TAN, IEC, MSME, Professional Tax,
etc.
Assist in audit processes (internal, statutory, tax) and provide requisite documentation
Qualifications & Skills:
Master’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (M. Com or equivalent)
2–5 years of relevant accounting experience
Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally ERP, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or
Oracle
Strong Excel and analytical skills
Knowledge of Indian accounting standards and tax regulations
High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Experience in manufacturing, services, construction industry
Exposure to ERP environments
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Candidate residing in or willing to relocate to Noida/Ghaziabad will be given preference
