Job description:

Job Title: Accounts Executive

Location: Thane – Wagle Estate
Experience: 1–2 Years
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days)
Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Qualification: Commerce Background (B.Com or equivalent)

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate must have strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience with Tally, and good understanding of GST compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP
Handle sales, purchase, and expense entries
Prepare and reconcile bank statements
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Assist in GST working, filing, and documentation
Support monthly/annual financial closing activities
Maintain proper documentation of invoices and vouchers
Coordinate with internal teams and auditors when required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com)
1–2 years of experience in accounting
Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP
Good understanding of GST, basic taxation, and accounting principles
Proficiency in MS Excel
Strong attention to detail and record-keeping
Good communication and organizational skills
