Role Summary

To manage end-to-end direct and indirect tax compliance, including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Professional Tax, ensuring timely filings, reconciliations, statutory adherence, and risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure timely and accurate filing of TDS, GST returns (GSTR1, GSTR3B), Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
Perform reconciliations of GST returns, books, input/output tax, RCM, and cash flow monitoring.
Handle tax notices, audits, assessments, and coordinate with government authorities.
Manage GST refunds, SEZ certificates, lower deduction certificates, and statutory registers.
Prepare Tax Audit reports and support statutory/internal audits.
Coordinate with branches PAN India to ensure compliance with tax laws and regulatory updates.
Conduct training sessions for teams on compliance changes and best practices.
Prepare MIS/compliance dashboards and highlight risks to management.

Key Competencies

Strong knowledge of direct and indirect taxation laws.
Expertise in audits, reconciliations, and compliance management.
Proficiency in Excel, MS Office, and ERP systems.
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with high integrity and result focus.
