Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced and skilled Accounts Manager to oversee financial operations, manage accounting teams, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Management: Oversee financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Team Management: Manage and train accounting teams to ensure efficient financial operations.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, laws, and company policies.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, profit/loss statements, and budget variance reports.
- Budgeting: Develop and manage budgets to ensure financial targets are met.
- Audit: Liaise with auditors, ensuring smooth audit processes and implementing audit recommendations.
Requirements
- Experience: 5-7 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a similar role.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks).
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, CPA) preferred.
