Accounts Executive (Female)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage Daily Accounting Operations, Maintain Financial Records, and Ensure Compliance with Statutory Requirements. The candidate should have good knowledge of Accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.

• Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, and other accounting documents.

• Manage GST filing and ensure timely submission of GST returns.

• Calculate and file TDS as per statutory requirements.

• Perform bank reconciliation and maintain accurate bookkeeping records.

• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.

• Prepare financial reports and MIS reports as required.

• Maintain proper documentation and records for audits and compliance.

• Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and auditors.

• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.
  

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.

• Knowledge of GST Filing & GST Returns.

• Knowledge of TDS Calculation & Filing.

• Bank Reconciliation and Bookkeeping Skills.

• MS Excel (Basic to Intermediate).

• Invoice and Billing Management.

• Basic Accounting and Financial Reporting Knowledge.

• Good Communication and Organizational Skills.

• Attention to Detail and Accuracy.

• Ability to Work Independently and Meet Deadlines.

• It is a Full Time Accountant job for candidates with 2 - 6 years of experience.
