Accounts Associate

We’re looking for an Accounts Associate who can not only manage numbers with precision but also think on their feet, adapt quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Handle

1.            Day to day accounting, bookkeeping, and ledger management

2.            Bank reconciliation, payment processing, and vendor coordination

3.            Invoicing, receivables tracking, and follow ups where required

4.            GST and TDS working, filings support, and audit preparedness

5.            Documentation, record maintenance, and compliance organization

6.            Preparing basic MIS and reports for internal use

7.            Coordinating with internal teams and clients professionally

8.            Using tech tools to streamline work and improve accuracy

9.            Solving problems independently instead of waiting for instructions

Who Will Fit

1.            At least 1–3 years of accounting experience

2.            Strong communication and confidence in handling external interactions with bankers and other stakeholders

3.            Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software

4.            Organized, reliable, and detail oriented

5.            Quick learner

6.            Someone who takes ownership and follows tasks to closure

Compensation and Process

Salary will align with skills and experience. 2-3 rounds of interviews.
