· Key Responsibilities:
· Maintain accurate accounting records using Tally.
· Record and process invoices, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
· Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance and reporting.
· Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
· Perform bank reconciliations and maintain general ledger accuracy.
· Generate financial reports and summaries.
· stock auditing.
· Monitor and report on accounts payable and receivable.
· Prepare profit and loss reports.
Required Skills:
· Proficient in Tally.
· Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
· Basic understanding of auditing procedures and financial regulations.
· Familiarity with accounting standards and tax laws (GST, TDS, etc.).
· Attention to detail and accuracy.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
