Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Associate to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping records
Record sales, purchases, receipts, and payments
Prepare and maintain ledger accounts
Assist in preparing the Trial Balance
Support the preparation of Financial Statements (Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet)
Perform data entry and accounting work using Tally
Use MS Excel for reports, statements, and basic data analysis
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records

Job Requirements:

Good knowledge of basic accounting principles
Strong attention to numerical accuracy and detail
Familiarity with Tally and MS Excel is required
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
