Accounts Associate

📌 Job Title: Accounts Executive – CA Firm
📍 Location: Saltlake, Kolkata

💰 Salary: Up to ₹19,000 per month (based on experience)
🧾 Experience Required: Minimum 4–6 years in a CA Firm

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently handle full accounts including:

  • Journal entries, ledger posting, and bank reconciliation

  • Accounts receivable/payable, cash book, and petty cash

  • Monthly closing and trial balance

• Independently prepare and finalize Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Statement, and other financial reports

• Assist in GST, TDS, and other tax-related compliance under senior supervision

• Maintain proper documentation, invoices, vouchers, and supporting files

• Coordinate with auditors and CA for final reporting and compliance
  
  Qualifications:

  • B.Com / M.Com or equivalent degree

  • Proficient in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting principles

  • Prior experience in a CA firm is mandatory
    
    Skills Required:

    • Strong knowledge of accounting and finalization

    • Ability to handle complete accounts independently

    • Good understanding of GST, TDS, and Income Tax basics

    • Detail-oriented, responsible, and deadline-focused
