- 🔄 Track submission deadlines, dispatch methods (portal upload, courier, email).

- 📞 Liangce with clients/consultants for clarifications (pre-bid queries).

- 📊 Maintain tender tracker, win-ratio reports, and post-award compliance.

- 📈 Improve bid strategies, cost competitiveness, and proposal quality.

- 📌 Ensure adherence to legal, statutory, and policy norms (GST, MSME, Make in India, etc.)
