Position: Accounts Assistant
Experience Required: Minimum 6 Months
Qualification: B.Com / BBA / Graduate in Commerce or Finance
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in maintaining daily accounting records and financial transactions.
Prepare and update invoices, bills, and payment records.
Support in bank reconciliation and account statements.
Maintain and update accounts in accounting software or Excel.
Assist in GST documentation and basic tax-related work.
Handle petty cash and expense records.
Maintain proper filing of financial documents and reports.
Coordinate with senior accountants for financial reporting and audits.
Skills Required:
Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
Familiarity with MS Excel and accounting software (like Tally).
Good analytical and numerical skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Salary: As per company standards.
