Job Title: Accounts Executive – PHARMA/ FMCG Distributor

Aapki company FMCG/Pharma products ki leading distributor hai. Hum 750+ retailers aur 50+ dealers ke saath jaipur & all Rajasthan region mein kaam karte hain.

Role Summary

Is role mein aapko distributor business ke daily accounts, dealer ledgers, GST compliance aur stock-wise profitability maintain karni hai. Aap direct Owner/CA ko report karenge aur ensure karenge ki cash flow aur collections time par ho.

Key Responsibilities

- Daily Accounting: Marg mein saare purchase, sales, payments aur receipts ki entry karna

- Dealer/Retailer Ledger: Party-wise outstanding maintain karna aur weekly payment follow-up lena

- Billing & Claims: Company se aane wale schemes, debit/credit notes aur damage claims ko process karna

- Stock Reconciliation: Physical stock ko books se monthly match karna aur shortage/excess report karna

- GST & Compliance: GSTR-1, GSTR-3B data ready karna, E-way bill generate karna, TDS entry karna

- Banking: Cheque/RTGS/NEFT entry, bank reconciliation har 15 din mein

- MIS Reports: Owner ko weekly sales, collection, aur party-wise aging report dena

- Audit Support: CA ke liye documents ready karna, yearly audit mein help karna

Required Qualifications & Skills

+ saal FMCG/Pharma distributor mein kaam ka experience

GST, E-invoice, E-way Bill ki samajh Marg software chalaya ho

Hindi, English, mein baat kar sakein
