Accounts Assistant

Job Summary:

We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accountant Assistant to support our Finance Manager. You'll help with financial record-keeping, accounts preparation, and other financial tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Assist in preparing financial statements, accounts, and reports

·         Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers

·         Process financial transactions, invoices, and payments

·         Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies

·         Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

·         Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations

·         Provide support during audits and financial reviews

Requirements:

·         Basic accounting knowledge (certification or coursework a plus)

·         Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero)

·         Attention to detail and organizational skills

·         Excellent communication and analytical skills

·         Ability to work accurately under deadlines
