Job Description

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a recognized university.

• The degree must be obtained through a regular on-campus program.

• Basic knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and other accounting software is preferred.

• Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals and financial principles.

• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work under supervision and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily accounting tasks such as data entry, invoice processing, and maintaining financial records.

• Handle accounts payable and receivable, and reconcile bank statements.

• Prepare vouchers, bills, and necessary documentation for audit and compliance purposes.

• Support the senior accounts team in monthly and year-end financial closing.

• Ensure timely payment of taxes, TDS, GST filings, and statutory compliance.

• Coordinate with internal departments for billing and payment clarifications.

• Maintain proper filing systems for financial documents and reports.

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports as required
