Accounts Assistant

Junior Executive Accounts:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Executive – Accounts to support day-to-day financial operations. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and assisting with audits, billing, and reconciliation. This position is ideal for candidates looking to grow in the field of accounting and finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update accounting records and files (ledgers, journals, invoices, etc.).

• Process daily transactions including accounts payable/receivable, bank deposits, and petty cash.

• Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports.

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.

• Reconcile bank statements and other financial data.

• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.

• Handle vendor payments, staff reimbursements, and invoice processing.

• Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors as required.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 1–2 years of relevant work experience (freshers with internships may also apply).

• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Good communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
