We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our finance team at Prakruti Graphics Private Limited. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate billing and voucher entries, maintain proper records in Tally, and assist in timely statutory compliance. Prepare and manage billing / invoicing, including GST invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
Perform voucher entry in Tally ERP (Sales, Purchase, Receipt, Payment, Journal entries).
Maintain and update accounts payable & receivable records.
Follow up for outstanding payments and coordinate with internal teams for collections.
Handle bank entries, cheque entries, and bank reconciliation (BRS).
Maintain purchase records, vendor bills, and payment tracking.
Assist in GST compliance including GSTR filing preparation, reconciliation, and data accuracy.
Ensure TDS working and support timely compliance (if applicable).
Maintain accurate documentation for audits and ensure proper filing of invoices and vouchers.
Prepare basic MIS reports such as sales summary, purchase summary, outstanding report, and expense tracking.
Ensure safe handling of financial data with proper backup and confidentiality.
Basic knowledge of Accounts & Bookkeeping is mandatory.
Working knowledge of Tally ERP is required.
Understanding of GST basics, invoicing and accounting entries.
Good command over MS Excel (basic formulas, reports, data entry).
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills for vendor/customer follow-ups.
Experience: 0.5 to 2 years (Freshers with good Tally knowledge can also apply)
Qualification: Minimum 10th pass / 12th pass / Graduate preferred
