Partner Coordination Associates (2 Positions)

CTC: 15,000 per month

Job Summary

The Partner Coordination Associates will support senior partners by managing workflows, maintaining compliance trackers, coordinating across teams and clients, and ensuring timely completion of all deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily work schedules and task lists with senior partners.

• Maintain compliance calendars for GST, MCA, Income Tax, and statutory deadlines.

• Follow up with internal teams to ensure timely task completion.

• Coordinate with clients to collect documents, updates, and clarifications.

• Prepare MIS, dashboards, weekly work summaries, and status reports.

• Track deliverables and highlight pending items to senior partners.

• Maintain organized documentation logs and trackers.

• Assist in workflow planning, prioritization, and improving team efficiency.

• Ensure clear communication across all teams.

Preferred Profile

• B.Com / M.Com with basic accounting/GST knowledge.

• Excellent coordination, follow-up, and communication skills.

• Strong command of Excel and Google Sheets.
