The Assistant Accounts Executive is responsible for supporting day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, and financial record-keeping. The role includes handling GST & TDS filings, bank reconciliations, vendor/customer accounting, and assisting in audits and MIS reporting while ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.
Preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and ITC reconciliation
Handling TDS deduction, challan payments, and return filing (24Q, 26Q)
Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS)
Recording daily accounting entries in Tally / ERP
Vendor invoice booking, payment tracking, and ledger reconciliation
Customer ledger maintenance and outstanding follow-ups
Support during audits and statutory compliances
Maintaining proper documentation and records
Assisting in MIS reports and financial data preparation
Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic Income Tax
Experience in Bank Reconciliation
Proficiency in Busy Accounting Software
Good command over MS Excel / Google Sheets
Strong attention to detail and deadline management
B.Com / M.Com (Finance background preferred)
1–4 years of experience in Accounts & Finance
