JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Assistant to support our accounts department with daily financial tasks and record keeping.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Maintain purchase and sales entries

2.Handle GST billing and invoice preparation

3.Bank reconciliation and cash book management

4.Maintain ledger accounts

5.Assist in GST return & TDS work

6.Record daily expenses and payments

7.Coordinate with vendors and clients for payment follow-ups

8.Maintain proper filing of financial documents

Requirements:

Minimum 1–2 years experience in accounting

Knowledge of Tally

Basic knowledge of GST & TDS

Good knowledge of MS Excel

Skills Required:

Good communication skills

Attention to detail

Basic computer knowledge

Honest and hardworking

SALARY:

Negotiable (Based on experience)
