Key Responsibilities
Data Entry & Records: Input financial transactions into accounting software, maintaining accurate, up-to-date ledgers and digital/physical files.
Accounts Payable/Receivable: Process vendor invoices, payments, and employee expenses; generate customer invoices and monitor accounts receivable.
Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and accounts to ensure accuracy.
Financial Support: Assist with payroll processing, tax filings, and preparation of monthly/annual financial reports.
Compliance: Ensure all financial procedures comply with company policies and legal regulations.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience: Generally 2-4 years of experience in an accounting.
Education: Degree in any field.
