Accounts Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update day-to-day accounting entries in Tally.

• Prepare, verify, and manage sales and purchase invoices.

• Handle TDS computation, deduction, and return filing.

• Assist in GST calculations, returns filing, and reconciliation.

• Support in monthly, quarterly, and annual statutory filings.

• Perform bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny, and record maintenance.

• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for invoice follow-ups and clarifications.

• Prepare basic financial reports, statements, and documentation as required.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
