Role Description The Account Executive will work in Bareilly in a full-time capacity, supporting day-to-day accounting and client service activities. Responsibilities include

The role involves coordinating with clients to gather required documentation and ensuring timely submission of reports and statements. The Account Executive will collaborate with partners on audits, tax filings, and compliance-related tasks while helping to streamline internal processes and maintain organized financial documentation. This position requires consistent attendance at the office, proactive communication, and a strong commitment to confidentiality and professional ethics. The ideal candidate should be self-driven, capable of managing assigned responsibilities independently with minimal supervision, demonstrate sound judgment in day-to-day decision-making, and proactively identify and resolve issues while escalating only matters requiring management intervention.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices, including ledger posting, reconciliations, and financial documentation.
Proficiency in accounting software (such as Tally or similar tools) and good MS Excel and MS Office skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with clients and internal stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Relevant educational background such as a degree or diploma in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CA Intermediate qualification or equivalent practical exposure will be an advantage.
High level of integrity and respect for client confidentiality.
