Manage the complete Meesho seller account on a daily basis.
Create, update, and optimize product listings for better visibility and sales.
Conduct regular listing audits and identify errors in titles, descriptions, images, pricing, attributes, categories, GST/HSN, and other product details.
Optimize product titles, descriptions, keywords, attributes, and specifications according to Meesho requirements.
Monitor orders, cancellations, returns, RTOs, shipments, and dispatches.
Track product performance, sales, conversion rate, impressions, and other important account metrics.
Manage product pricing, offers, discounts, and competitive pricing.
Identify listing issues, catalog errors, quality issues, and account-related problems and take corrective action.
Monitor Meesho penalties, account health, seller performance, and policy compliance.
Handle and follow up on Meesho support tickets and resolve account/listing/order-related issues.
Monitor inventory and coordinate with the team to avoid stock-out and overselling.
Research competitors, trending products, keywords, and market opportunities.
Improve existing listings to increase visibility, conversions, and sales.
Maintain proper records and prepare regular sales and account performance reports.
Stay updated with Meesho policies, seller programs, fees, shipping rules, and marketplace updates.
