Job Title: Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Record day-to-day financial transactions and ensure accuracy of data.
Maintain general ledger and reconcile accounts regularly.
Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
Process accounts payable and receivable in a timely manner.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
Handle bank reconciliations and petty cash management.
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
Ensure compliance with accounting principles, tax regulations, and internal policies.
Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
Preferred Qualifications And Experience:
Bcom
Proven experience (1–3 years) in an accounting or finance role.
Requirements and Skills:
Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Adv. Excel).
Strong knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting.
Familiarity with basic bookkeeping and accounting principles.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
