Accounts Assistant

About the Role:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive who can independently handle day-to-day accounting and payroll operations. The ideal candidate knows how to keep books clean, ensure timely salary processing, and stay on top of statutory compliances.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily accounting entries (sales, purchases, expenses, bank reconciliation, etc.)

• Prepare and process monthly payroll

• Handle TDS, GST, PF, and ESI filings

• Manage vendor payments and petty cash

• Assist with financial reports, MIS, and audits

• Coordinate with HR for attendance and salary data

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or equivalent

• 2–4 years of experience in accounting and payroll

• Proficiency in Tally Software Preferred

• Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances

• Working knowledge of Excel and basic data reporting

• Immediate joiner preferred
