We are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join our team at Kemical Konnect. The role involves managing financial transactions, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The position offers ₹12,000 - ₹16,000 and opportunities for professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate sales invoices, tax invoices, delivery challans, and e-invoices in Tally.
Record purchase bills, vendor invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
Maintain accurate accounting entries in Tally on a daily basis.
Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and sales orders as instructed by the sales team.
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for dispatch documentation.
Reconcile customer and supplier ledgers regularly.
Maintain GST-related records, e-way bills, and supporting documentation.
Track receivables and payables and assist in follow-up with customers and vendors.
Organize and maintain digital and physical accounting records.
Assist in monthly stock reconciliation and inventory accounting.
Support preparation of MIS reports, outstanding statements, and management reports.
Coordinate with CA, auditors, banks, and government authorities for routine documentation.
Ensure timely filing and documentation required for GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0 - 2 years of experience. Additionally, candidates are required to have a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Additional certification (if any) is a plus. Applicants must have strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
