Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare Sales Bills and Tax Invoices
Make Quotations and Proforma Invoices
Prepare Purchase Orders (PO)
Handle GST billing and basic GST-related work
Maintain customer and sales records
Work on MS Word and MS Excel for reports and documentation
Coordinate with customers and suppliers
Follow up for orders and payments
Maintain proper filing of documents

Required Skills:

Knowledge of Sales Billing and Invoicing
Basic knowledge of GST
Good working knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
Good communication skills
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to handle office documentation

Qualification:

Any Graduate / HSC / Commerce Background Preferred

Experience:

1–3 Years preferred (Freshers can also apply)

Location:

Bhiwandi, Thane

Salary:

As per experience and performance

Additional Requirements:

Responsible and hardworking candidate
Ability to work independently
Knowledge of Tally will be an added advantage
