Job Description – Accounts Executive
Position Title: Accounts Executive
Department: Accounts & Finance
Reports To: General Manager / CEO
Location: Indore
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7 PM
Purpose of the Role:
To handle day-to-day accounting operations including data entry, invoice generation, payments, reconciliations, and compliance with GST and TDS regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
Prepare and record sales invoices and purchase bills.
Handle accounts receivable and payable entries.
Reconcile bank statements and vendor/customer ledgers.
Process payments to vendors and follow up on customer collections.
Assist in monthly GST filing, TDS deduction, and statutory compliance.
Support in payroll processing and employee reimbursement.
Maintain and organize accounting documents and records.
