Accounts Assistant

जिम्मेदारियाँ (Responsibilities)

• सेल एंट्री और पर्ची/बिल को Tally / Google Sheet / ERP में दर्ज करना

• खरीद (Purchase) और स्टॉक एंट्री को अपडेट रखना

• रोज की कैश बुक, बैंक एंट्री, खर्चा एंट्री तैयार करना

• ग्राहकों से पेमेन्ट फॉलो-अप में मदद करना

• Invoice / Challan / Packing List बनाना

• फैक्ट्री से निकलने वाले माल की डिस्पैच लिस्ट तैयार करना

• गोदाम और फैक्ट्री से मिली रिपोर्ट को अकाउंटेंट को देना

• अकाउंटेंट द्वारा दिए गए सभी काम सिस्टम में सही तरीके से करना

• फ़ाइलिंग, डॉक्यूमेंटेशन, और रिकॉर्ड संभालना

📌 योग्यता (Requirements)

• बेसिक कंप्यूटर ज्ञान – Excel / Google Sheet

• Tally / ERP का बेसिक ज्ञान हो तो अच्छा

• ध्यान से और जिम्मेदारी से काम करने वाली

• तेज सीखने की क्षमता

• 12th / B.Com / कोई भी ग्रेजुएट चलेगा

• अनुभव हो तो बेहतर, न हो तो ट्रेंनिंग दी जाएगी

⏱ काम का समय (Working Hours)

• 10 AM – 7 PM

• Sunday Half

💰 सैलरी (Salary)

• ₹8,000 – ₹14,000 (स्किल और अनुभव पर निर्भर)

• 6 महीने बाद बढ़ोतरी संभव
