· Maintain daily sales, purchase, and expense records.
· Prepare invoices, bills, and receipts.
· Manage accounts payable and receivable.
· Handle customer calls, WhatsApp.
· Prepare and share product details, quotations, and catalogs with clients.
· Follow up with customers for orders and payments.
· Provide after-sales support and resolve customer complaints.
· Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and support business growth.
· Coordinate with the sales and logistics team for smooth order execution.
· Knowledge of basic accounting software (Tally, Mirecal, Busy, or MS Excel).
· Strong communication skills (Hindi, English, Gujarati preferred).
· Ability to multitask between accounts and customer service.
· Good negotiation and problem-solving ability.
· Attention to detail and time management.
