Customer Handling Duties

• Handle customer calls, WhatsApp, and email inquiries.

• Prepare and share product details, quotations, and catalogs with clients.

• Follow up with customers for orders and payments.

• Provide after-sales support and resolve customer complaints.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and support business growth.

• Coordinate with the sales and logistics team for smooth order execution.

Skills Required:

• Skills Required:Knowledge of basic accounting software (Tally, Mirecal, Busy, or MS Excel).

• Strong communication skills ( Gujarati Hindi, English, preferred).

• Ability to multitask between accounts and customer service.

• Good negotiation and problem-solving ability.

• Attention to detail and time management.
