Accounts Assistant

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our growing team. The role involves managing daily accounting operations, preparing reports, supporting GST & tax compliance, and maintaining financial accuracy.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Tally, knowledge of GST and basic accounting standards, and be comfortable with Excel. Freshers with a B.Com degree (or pursuing) are also welcome to apply.

We value candidates who are quick learners and have strong communication skills. Outstanding performers may be considered for compensation beyond the stated range.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting transactions (accounts payable, receivable, reconciliations)

• Prepare P&L statements, balance sheets, and financial reports

• Enter and maintain records in Tally software

• Ensure timely GST filings, tax computations, and regulatory compliance

• Support yearly financial activities and audits

• Maintain confidentiality and accurate backup of financial data

Requirements

• Education: B.Com (completed or pursuing)

• Experience: 0–2 years (freshers can apply)

• Skills Required:
  ✔️ Strong knowledge of Tally (mandatory – test will be taken before interview)
  ✔️ Knowledge of GST & accounting principles (GAAP)
  ✔️ Proficiency in basic Microsoft Excel
  ✔️ Good communication and learning ability

• Must be able to attend an offline interview in Dehradun
