Accounts Assistant

Urgently hiring for Account Executive (Male/Female).

Job Summary:

We're looking for an experienced Account Executive to join our team, focusing on the construction and real estate industry. The ideal candidate will have a commerce background and a minimum of 1 year of experience in Bank Guarantee, Credit Assessment, branch coordination, and cash management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and grow relationships with construction and real estate clients

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the industry

- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients

- Coordinate with branches for client transactions and queries

- Assess creditworthiness of clients and make recommendations

- Process and manage bank guarantees, letters of credit, and other trade finance transactions for construction and real estate projects

- Manage cash flow and cash withdrawal processes for clients

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues

- Meet sales and business growth targets

Requirements:

- Commerce graduate ((link unavailable) or equivalent)

- Minimum 1 year of experience in bank guarantee, credit assessment, branch coordination, and cash management, preferably in the construction or real estate industry

- Strong understanding of construction and real estate industry trends and regulations

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

- Proficiency in MS Office and banking software

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of construction and real estate industry-specific products and services

- Experience in sales and business development in the industry

- Strong networking skills and relationships with industry stakeholders

- Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance
