Position: Accounts Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and maintain physical and digital accounting records.

• Prepare and update invoices, receipts, and expense files.

• File purchase orders, bills, and delivery challans accurately.

• Scan, label, and archive documents as per company guidelines.

• Cross-check entries in accounting software.

• Assist with audits by providing required documentation.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Freshers are welcome.

• Graduation is Mandatory.
