Subject

Position: Executive – Accounts Receivable
Location: Gurgaon
Experience: 2–3 Years
Qualification: B.Com
CTC: Up to ₹4–5 LPA

Job Responsibilities:
• Ledger reconciliation and claims checking
• Issuing credit notes in SAP
• Coordination with customers and sales team
• NOC and balance confirmation follow-ups
• MIS reports and claims tracker maintenance
• Payment follow-ups and posting/knock-off of payments
• Proforma invoice generation

Skills Required:
• Hands-on SAP (Accounts Receivable)
• Good MS Excel knowledge
• Strong understanding of AR processes
• Good communication and follow-up skills

Preferred Candidate:
• B.Com graduate with 2–3 years AR experience
• Experience in end-to-end Accounts Receivable operations
