Description: Accounts Assistant
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our finance team. The successful candidate will support our accounting department by managing daily financial tasks, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with the preparation of reports.
Key Responsibilities
Transaction Management: Process daily invoices, expenses, and bank reconciliations to ensure all ledgers are up to date.
Documentation: Maintain an organized filing system for financial records, vouchers, and tax documents.
Reporting Support: Assist senior accountants in preparing monthly balance sheets and P&L statements.
Compliance: Help with the preparation of data for GST filings, TDS returns, and other statutory requirements.
Communication: Coordinate with vendors and clients regarding payment queries and outstanding balances.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in commerce (BCom), Finance, or a related field.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally Prime) and advanced MS Excel.
Attributes: High level of numerical accuracy, integrity, and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
